By tying the lowest final round score in the field (-6), Drew moved from out of contention to successfully qualifying for advancement to the second stage of web.com Q-school in November. In a stellar round filled with amazing birdies, as well as clutch par saves, Drew lit up the tournament highlight board with 3 birdies in a row, 5 birdies in six holes (beginning on the 8th hole), 7 birdies in the round, and a score of -4 on the back nine (-6 for the round). He sealed his qualification to advance to the second stage, by making a birdie on his final hole of the day. His four day total of -12 ranked him T-14 and moves him another step forward in the web.com tour qualification process. Second stage qualification begins in November; it is the third step in the four step process for earning official playing status on the web.com tour.
